You will have access to full communication with me, on a weekly basis to discuss progression. I will also provide you all with recovery day routines, and nutritional plans. We will have 3-4 workouts a week, 5-6 workouts, including recovery routines. My main focus is on you all actually DEVELOPING, and seeing results.
